Responsibility Description

   洞察海外业务的发展诉求，识别培训需求与发力点，不断优化现有培训体系，并推动标准化培训的实施落地，助力业务发展；

   Insight into the development demands of overseas business, identify training needs, continuously optimize the existing training system, and promote the implementation of standardized training to help business development;

3. 02

   协同海外项目组，基于海外客户及基地的不同需求，制定相应的培训方案，并完成培训项目的交付及训后有效性评估；

   Cooperate with overseas project teams to formulate corresponding training programs based on the different needs of overseas customers and production sites, and complete the delivery of training programs and post-training effectiveness evaluation;

   负责海外讲师队伍的选拔、管理、培养与认证，搭建并优化海外讲师池；

   Be responsible for the selection, management, fostering and certification of overseas lecturers, build and optimize overseas lecturer teams;

7. 04

   协同外派团队，共同完成海外标准化课程的开发与管理，确保课程的高质量交付；

   Cooperate with expats teams to jointly complete the development and management of overseas standardized courses to ensure the high-quality delivery of courses;

   搭建不同职级不同部门员工在岗技能提升的培训体系，如入职理论培训、实操培训、认证、转型、晋升等；

    Establish a training system for employees of different ranks and departments to improve their on-the-job skills, such as induction theory training, practical training, certification, transformation and promotion;

    跟进海外培训的日常运营管理，并进行培训数据的分析与改善。

    Follow up the daily operation and management of overseas training, analyze and improve the training data.

学历专业：Job requirements: 本科及以上学历； Bachelor degree or above； 知识技能：逻辑思维能力较强，能快速适应业务变化和发展，责任性和抗压能力较强； Strong logical thinking ability, able to quickly adapt to business changes and development, and strong responsibility and pressure resistance; 有国际视野，过往在大型跨国公司的工作经验为加分项； Have an international perspective, and past working experience in large multinational companies is a plus item; 工作经验：有培训经验，过往有培训规划、培训实施、培训评估和课程开发相关经验优先； Have training experience, and have previous experience in training planning, implementation, evaluation and curriculum development; 语言：英语流利且能作为工作语言 Fluent in English and able to use as a working language; Foreigners with English as mother tongue are preferred. 其他：
