SUMMARY

   Oversee daily tracking of sales, risk assets and other operational system data for the BU, ensure data integrity and timeliness to support business operations and decision-making.

   Lead analysis of overall business performance and risk assets, drive action plans and track implementation progress.

   Collaborate and align with region on key projects.

   Location: India, Pakistan, Turkey, Morocco. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OBJECTIVES

   Own BU financial data governance. Supervise daily system data maintenance and tracking, guarantee data accuracy & timeliness, and deliver financial reports to BU leadership team.

   Partner with business teams to monitor operational KPIs including accounts receivable, inventory, expenses and other risk exposures. Identify material trends, conduct root-cause analysis for significant variances and propose actionable recommendations.

7. 03

   Drive BU compliance on timeliness, quality and accuracy of financial reporting; review financial submissions and escalate gaps.

8. 04

   Lead end-to-end delivery of BU continuous improvement projects. Manage project roadmap, track milestones, coordinate cross-functional resources and ensure sustainable project outcomes.

   Manage financial operations, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet monitoring.

   5+ years professional working experiences.

2. 02

   Tertiary Financial and accounting education background.

3. 03

   Proficiency in excel and PowerPoint, experience in ERP (Oracle & SAP) will be a plus.

   Good work commitment and interpersonal skills

   Fluent in English
