Develop and update SOP (standard operating procedure) & Newsletter for transformed services to make sure delivery team can get the latest instruction and support. 编制及更新移转业务的标准业务流程和新闻，保证业务交付团队获得最新的业务指引和支持

Continuously apply AI or other advanced technologies to improve the quality and efficiency. 善用智能人工或其他前沿技术持续提升质量与流程效率

Bachelor's / Master's degree of any disciplines, accounting、auditing、Computer science 、information management or accounting related major is preferred. 会计、审计、计算机、信息管理或其他财务相关专业本科及以上学历

Excellent writing and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including presentation skills. 优秀的中英文口语和书面表达能力，包括演讲技能
