Operations Leader, Palazzo

In this role you will support training on all operational procedures and communication systems, as well as build a positive work environment by encouraging collaboration within the team and managers. Essential duties and responsibilities of an Operations Lead include: Service Excellence Selling and Floor Management Store Facility and Systems Inventory Management Financial Policies and Procedures Client Care (& Alterations when applicable)
