Position Major Responsibilities / 主要职责

IT software operation and maintenance, responsible for BPC & Sales Quote daily support, continual optimization, issue handling and tracking, to ensure the daily software operation failure support. 支持公司既有软件运维项目，负责系统的持续优化、故障处理及追踪等。确保软件日常运行中产生的需求开发支持和故障的及时回复。

Participated in the company's non-SAP system development projects, conducting demand research, business analysis, solution provision, product design, customized program outline design, documentation preparation, system testing, user training and online support. 参加公司非SAP系统开发项目，进行需求调研，业务分析，方案提供，产品设计，定制程序概要设计，文档编写，系统测试，用户培训及上线支持等。

Collaborate closely with the business department to gain a comprehensive understanding of their operational requirements and pain points, and establish clear objectives and scope for the system development. 与业务部门紧密合作，深入了解业务需求和痛点，明确系统建设的目标和范围。

The analysis results of business requirements serve as the foundation for designing a comprehensive system solution, which includes system architecture, functional modules, data flow, and other essential components. 根据业务需求分析结果，设计合理的系统解决方案，包括系统架构、功能模块、数据流程等。

Identification, evaluation, and selection of appropriate technological solutions to meet business requirements, encompassing software, hardware, middleware, and other components. 技术选型与评估并确定适合业务需求的技术方案，包括软件、硬件、中间件等。

The responsibilities include composing system requirement documents, design documents, etc., and continuously revising and maintaining them in accordance with project progress. 负责撰写系统需求文档、设计文档等，并根据项目进展进行更新和维护。

Continuously enhance and optimize existing systems by closely monitoring industry dynamics and technological advancements. 持续改进与优化：关注行业动态和技术发展趋势，对现有系统进行持续改进和优化。

Support other IT job with assigned by manager. 完成经理下派其它IT相关工作。

Position Special Responsibilities / 特殊职责 1. Support Other AN Plants' SAP requests if Manager assigns 如果经理有下派任务，支持其他北亚地区工厂的应用软件开发相关工作。

Education Experience & Certificates / 教育经历 & 证书要求

Bachelor or Above degree qualification in IT or a related discipline. 计算机、信息管理或相关专业本科以上学位

The candidate should possess practical experience in business analysis or system analysis and demonstrate familiarity with the operational processes of businesses 具备一定的业务分析或系统分析经验，熟悉企业业务运作流程；

Proficient in business analysis methods and tools, such as flow charts, data analysis, etc., understanding software development process and project management knowledge 熟练掌握业务分析方法和工具，如流程图、数据分析等，了解软件开发流程和项目管理知识；

Excellent communication and coordination skills, team spirit, strong learning and understanding ability, able to work independently; 具备优秀的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，具备较强的学习和理解能力，能够独挡一面；

Project Manager certificate holder is preferred, experience in product design and requirement analysis is preferred 项目经理证书持有者优先，有产品设计，需求分析经验者优先；

Customer service awareness, good team work 有客户服务意识，很好的团队合作 2) Working Experience / 工作经验 1. 3年软件运维，产品设计及业务分析工作经验；
