1、3+ years in UHNWI client acquisition (private banking/family office preferred) or Web3 community BD roles. In-depth understanding of crypto whales' investment patterns, with blockchain analytics skills and community influence (e.g., blue-chip NFT holdings, DAO governance participation).

   Expertise in RWA mechanisms and ability to address HNW clients' pain points (asset tokenization, on/off-chain settlement).

   Proven resource mobilization capabilities, preferably with $1M+ client portfolios or Web3 community scaling case studies. Preferred Qualifications:
