主要工作职责

1. 01

   Achieve sales target of specific product line in respective region, so as to help achieving target for China 完成相关区域特定产品线销售指标, 进而帮助全国指标达成

2. 02

   Manage distributors in respective region and work with them on achieving sales target 管理相关区域经销商，与其一起执行临床推广工作达成销售指标

3. 03

   Regularly monitor sales performance and ensure sales are on track 常规监控销售状况, 确保正常销售

4. 04

   Develop and implement marketing plan for the dedicated product group 制定并实施所属产品组的市场计划

5. 05

   Organize seminars/workshop to promote clinical utilities for dedicated product group 组织不同层面的产品推广会议活动

6. 06

   Build up key reference sites for responsible product groups 为负责的产品组建立关键的参考点

7. 07

   Develop key opinion leaders to support clinical utilities promotion for responsible product groups 发展并维护学术带头人，协助负责产品组的临床推广

   Collect and analyze competitors information 收集, 分析竞争产品信息

   Conduct product training 开展产品培训

    Build up and coach CPT team in overall competitiveness & development on daily work & plan 组建临床推广团队，在日常工作计划中指导提高团队的竞争力和发展能力

    Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager 主管指派的其他任务

    Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection 遵循罗氏所有合规要求，包括但不限于罗氏信息安全，罗氏商业中的行为，罗氏竞争法互动对话，罗氏安全健康环境等，合法合理开展业务活动
