QC 理化实验员

岗位说明： 熟悉液相色谱（HPLC/UPLC）仪器操作，具备蛋白质类药物分析经验者优先； Proficient in operating HPLC/UPLC systems, with experience in protein-based biopharmaceutical analysis

. 具备一定的方法验证经验（测试项目不限），理解方法验证的一般流程、思路及关键要求者优先； Experience in analytical method validation (any testing platform is acceptable); solid understanding of general method validation workflows and key considerations is preferred. 具备良好的GMP背景和相关经验，拥有规范的实验操作习惯与强合规意识； Strong GMP background and practical experience, with good laboratory practices and strong compliance awareness. 具备良好的英文阅读及技术文档撰写能力者优先； Good English reading and technical writing skills are preferred. 任职要求：
