Supply Chain Business Analyst – Internship (f/m/d)

Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs), including inventory levels, stock turnover, lead times, and sell-through rates. Inventory Optimization: Assist in managing product replenishment and stock balancing across all Louis Vuitton retail locations in Germany & Austria to maximize product availability and minimize out-of-stocks. Launch Support: Support the supply chain team & stores in analyzing historical sales data, seasonal trends, and upcoming product launches to refine demand forecasts. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Retail Team, Merchandising, Supply Chain & Stores to align stock strategies with commercial objectives. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current supply chain processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, automation projects, and reporting enhancements. Ad-Hoc Analysis: Prepare presentations, ad-hoc reports, and strategic insights for management meetings and operational reviews.

Education: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Experience: Previous internship or project experience in supply chain, retail operations, data analysis, or consulting is an advantage. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data modeling). Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a strong plus. Analytical Mindset: Strong quantitative skills with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business insights. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. Languages: Professional fluency in English and German (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
