【About Us】 Tripo is a world-leading AI 3D generation platform: upload an image or enter a text description, and within seconds you get a 3D model ready for use in games, 3D printing, animation, and XR. Our users span 200+ countries and regions. 【About This Role】 Pinterest is a platform centered on "visual discovery" — users come to actively search for inspiration, save ideas, and are naturally inclined to click through to external links. This aligns perfectly with Tripo's product: we produce a large volume of visual content every day, and 3D models, character designs, scene concepts, and 3D-printed creations are exactly the types of content that perform well on Pinterest. In this role, you will build Tripo's Pinterest content ecosystem from zero. You will independently own the complete loop of account positioning, content ideation, asset production, publishing schedule, and data review. This is not a "posting images" job — it is a full-fledged opportunity to scale an overseas content channel from zero to one.

【Key Responsibilities】

1. 01

Account & Content Planning Own the positioning of multiple themed accounts and the design of their Board structures, ensuring each account focuses on a clear vertical direction (e.g., game art assets, 3D printing, character design, interior & product concepts, etc.).

2. 02

Trend Research & Ideation Use Pinterest Trends, platform search recommendations, and competitor account research to identify rising visual trends and keywords, and turn them into an actionable content ideation list.

3. 03

Asset Production Create image/video Pins that match Pinterest's aesthetic and size specifications based on 3D content generated by Tripo and product assets (using Canva, Figma, and AI tools); write English titles and descriptions with keywords.

4. 04

Publishing & Scheduling Maintain a consistent publishing cadence, use Pinterest's official or officially certified scheduling tools to manage the content calendar, and ensure every Pin links to the corresponding landing page with tracking parameters in place.

5. 05

Data Review Track impressions, saves, clicks, and website conversions through Pinterest Analytics and GA4 to determine what content works, then iterate on ideation and visual direction accordingly; deliver a concise data review on a weekly basis.

Requirements

1. 01

Currently enrolled undergraduate or master's student at a key university.

2. 02

Strong visual aesthetic: able to judge whether an image is "attractive and click-worthy" on Pinterest — this is the most important capability for the role.

3. 03

Solid English reading and writing skills: Pin titles and descriptions are written in English and need to be natural, accurate, and not machine-translated.

4. 04

Consistent and organized execution: the core of this job is maintaining a long-term publishing rhythm, managing your own content calendar, and delivering on time.

5. 05

Proficiency in at least one of Canva / Figma / Photoshop for creating visuals.

6. 06

Comfortable working with data: willing to look at backend metrics and identify patterns from them. Preferred Qualifications

7. 01

Prior experience running a Pinterest, Instagram, Xiaohongshu (RED), or other visual content account, with actual data to showcase.

8. 02

Interest in 3D, game art, 3D printing, figurines, or design — even better if you're a player/enthusiast yourself.

9. 03

Basic familiarity with Blender / Unity / Unreal or any 3D tool.

10. 04

Familiarity with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.).

11. 05

Understanding of basic SEO or keyword research principles.

12. 01
