根据理想汽车的海外市场战略，执行高质量的目标市场扩张，包括早期市场洞察、市场进入策略和潜在合作伙伴的入围，最终确定目标市场的渠道模式和选择渠道合作伙伴；

根据公司业务计划，与目标市场的合作伙伴确保并实施关键资源承诺，如展厅资源、定价和销量策略、品牌/产品定位和营销投资计划，以实现销售和运营目标；

根据公司的产品路线图，进行产品需求研究，为目标市场的产品定义提供投入，与总部合作确定产品引入策略；

与合作伙伴密切合作，推动理想品牌在当地的运营和发展，确保有效交付用户价值。 Business Development

Execute high-qualit target market expansion in alignment with the company’s overseas market strategy, including early-stage market insight, market entry strategies, and shortlisting potential partners, ultimately finalizing channel models and selecting channel partners in the target market.

Secure and implement key resource commitments with partners in the target market per the corporate business plan—such as showroom resources, pricing and volume strategies, brand/product positioning, and marketing investment plans—to achieve sales and operational objectives.

Conduct product requirement research and provide input for product definition in the target market based on the company’s product roadmap, collaborating with headquarters to finalize product introduction strategies.

Work closely with partners to drive local operation and development of the ideal brand, ensuring effective delivery of user value.

本科及以上学历。英语流利，口语和书面沟通能力优秀。有海外经验或精通第二语言（俄语/西班牙语/阿拉伯语）者优先；

有丰富的销售和渠道管理经验。有海外或汽车行业工作经验者尤佳；

较强的客户沟通和管理能力，出色的协调和协作能力，以及出色的分析和解决问题的能力；

高度负责，适应能力强，有弹性，态度积极，能够独立工作；

能接受长期出差。 Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or above. Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills. Overseas experience or proficiency in a second language (Russian/Spanish/Arabic) is a plus.

Proven experience in sales and channel management. Prior experience working overseas or in the automotive industry is highly desirable.

Strong customer communication and management skills, excellent coordination and collaboration abilities, and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Highly responsible, adaptable, and resilient with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.

Willingness to travel frequently overseas.
