Accounts Receivable Accounting Manager

岗位职责|Job Responsibilities 1.负责国内+海外业务应收账款全流程核算,含收入确认、开票、入账、收款核销、差异调整,确保多币种核算 准确。

1. 01

   Responsible for the full - process accounting of accounts receivable for domestic + overseas business , including revenue recognition, invoicing, accounting, colkection write - off, and variance adjustment, to ensure accurate multi - currency accounting.

   对接海外客户、区域业务与渠道,完成月度对账,对账单出具、未达账项清理,保障账实一致。 Connect with overseas clients, regional business, and channels, complete monthly reconciliation, issue reconciliation statements, clear outstanding items, and ensure consistency between accounts and actuals.

   管理应收台账与账龄分析,跟进回款进度,预警逾期账款,协同业务推进催收与坏账计提。

   Manage accounts receivable ledger and Aging Analysis Of Accountts, follow up on the progress of payment collection, issue early warnings for overdue accounts, and collaboratewith business units to promote debt collection and bad debt provisioning.

   处理跨境结算、外汇核销、出口应收相关账务,配合资金与后税务完成跨境合规校验

   Handle cross-border settlement, foreign exchange verification, and accounts related to export receivables, and cooperate with the finance and tax departments to complete cross-border compliance verification.

   支持月结/年结,出具应收相关报表与分析,支撑业务回款与风控决策。

   Supports monthly/annual settlement, issues accounts receivable-related reports and analysis, and supports business payment collection and risk control decision-makingg.

9. 06

   维护财务系统应收模块,优化流程与内控,提升核算效率与后合规水平 Maintain the accounts receivable module of the financial system, optimize processes and internal controls, and improve accounting efficiency and compliance levels.

任职要求|Job Requirements 1.本科及以上,会计/财务相关专业,5年以上应收会计经验,有跨国企业/汽车/科技/出海业务经验优先。

   Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in accounting/finance or related fields, 5 years or more of accounts receivable accounting experience, with multinationhal enterprise/automotive/technology/overseas business experieence preferred

   熟悉企业会计准则、收入确认、应收账款管理与多币种折算,熟练使用ERP(Oracle/SAP/金蝶/用友)。

   Familiar with enterprise accounting standards, revenue recognition, accounts receivable management, and multi-currency conversion, proficient in using ERP (Oracle/SAR/Kingdee/UFIDA).

   具备良好的英语读写能力,能独立处理英文对账与海外主体往来

   Have good English reading and writing skills, and be able to indepeendently handle English reconciliation and communication with overseas entities.

   细致严谨、责任心强,具备较强沟通协调、风险意识与问题解决能力

   Meticulous, rigorous, and highly responsible, with strong communication and coordination skills, risk awareness, and problem-solving abilities.

   持有初级/中级会计职称,CPA/ACCA优先。

   Hold a junior/intermediate accounting title, CPA/ACCA prefferred
