Internship '27: Field Sales & Trade Marketing

As a Field Sales & Trade Marketing Intern, you will support the team responsible for bringing Unilever's commercial plans to life in stores across the Netherlands. Working closely with Field Sales, Data & Operations and external partners, you will help improve execution, support major campaigns and contribute to the day-to-day operations of one of Unilever's largest frontline teams. Your responsibilities may include: Supporting the Head of Field Sales with meeting preparation, reporting and operational activities. Assisting with the planning and communication of key campaigns and activations for the field sales team. Monitoring retail execution performance and helping identify opportunities for improvement. Supporting data quality initiatives and the use of image recognition tools to generate actionable insights. Preparing presentations, updates and communications for internal stakeholders. Coordinating activities with Field Sales, Trade Marketing and external agency partners. Contributing to projects that improve sales execution, ways of working and operational effectiveness. What You'll Learn During this internship, you will have the opportunity to: Gain hands-on experience in Field Sales and Trade Marketing within a leading FMCG company. Understand how commercial strategies are translated into successful in-store execution. Develop analytical skills by working with retail performance data and reporting tools. Build stakeholder management and project coordination skills through collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Learn how execution excellence drives product visibility, availability and business performance. Gain insights on how the top 3 retailers work in their daily operations such as Albert Heijn, Jumbo and Plus. Take ownership of projects that directly impact the effectiveness of Unilever's frontline sales organization.
