Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Drive product performance, yield, quality, and reliability to ensure SiCpower transistors consistently meet customer requirements from product introduction through high-volume manufacturing The responsibilities for this role are based on four pillars:

   Product Performance & Yield o Yield improvement o Product parameter monitoring o Product characterization

   Product Quality and Reliability o Risk assessment o Quality improvement o Product disposition

3. 03

   Issue Resolution o Product-related excursions o Parameter deviations o Cross-functional troubleshooting

   Product Introduction o New product releases o Technology transfers o Production ramp-up

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A University degree in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science or in a comparable fie Experience in the semiconductor industry as a (FE) Process Integration Engineer or Product Engineer Sound knowledge in the field of Front-End Wafer Fabrication and Semiconductor Device Physics (PN Diodes, MOSFETs, etc.) A proactive personality and are willing to take ownership Excellent communication skills in English #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
