Service Excellence Section Manager

PURPOSE OF THE JOB: - Promote quality & continuous improvement culture by inspiring each person taking initiative to solve problems and improve job quality &efficiency - Encourage everyone is derived to provide valuable output to customer and prosperity of the company by shortening the workflow and eliminating wastes. - Deliver financial result because of an improved process - Provide Quality assurances to financial service operation under quality management program, focus on KPI and CTQ management - Promote global standard service placement, follow global standard governance model - Ensure SOP, SLA yearly update - Support KIC and GIA - Manage service excellence team daily performance, ensure goal delivery SPECIFIC ISSUES Travel frequency: Up to project request Workload: Pressure on project delivery with expected results KEY INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS

OF PROFESSIONAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE - >5 years Practical experience in finance accounting processes optimization, analysis and measurement with Lean/Six Sigma methodology, Black Belt is preferred. - Digital mindset, RPA, AI, Tableau SAP online project experience - Fluent English, Japanese and Korean is a plus - Understanding of Shared Service Industry is a plus REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND At least: Bachelor degree Ideal: Major in
