This is an ideal role for someone early in their cloud and platform engineering career who is curious about how modern Azure platforms are run day to day, is eager to invest in continuous learning through a Center of Excellence, and wants a clear path toward architectural design exposure, multi-platform ownership, and deeper Azure API and software development capabilities. Build a basic working understanding of creating Azure Function Apps and configuring Azure API Management (APIM), supporting senior engineers on delivery tasks. Working Style & Team Contribution Take reliable ownership of assigned tasks and see them through completion. Actively engage in team ceremonies, with genuine curiosity about sprint work beyond assigned tickets. Contribute to knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement activities across the team. Show a strong willingness to learn new cloud and platform engineering capabilities. Invest in public speaking and mentoring outside of work. Areas of Learning & Growth Build exposure to architectural design and reusable platform patterns. Progress toward owning multi-platform engagements end-to-end.
