A defining part your work is tech-enablement: you will use AI tools and coding to build, automate, and visualize proprietary tools that sharpen our insights and accelerate delivery. You will also help identify gaps in our product portfolio, develop MVPs, and evolve them into full products. Your work will center on asset development and innovation. While your initial focus will be on building and maintaining our assets, you will increasingly support clients directly over time – deploying our proprietary assets, customizing business insights, and establishing yourself as a hydrogen and clean fuels expert on a path toward a knowledge consulting role. You will join our growing and entrepreneurial McKinsey Hydrogen Insights team, focused on developing distinctive insights and intelligence tools. You'll work closely with our solution leadership and core team, and alongside hydrogen and clean fuels enthusiasts and experts from the broader Hydrogen Service Line and other solution teams in the sustainability space.
