Manage office supplies and inventory, keeping storage and shared work areas organized and ensuring frequently used items are available when needed. Prepare and reset offices and workspaces for employee arrivals, departures, and moves, including assisting with furniture, supplies, and equipment. Support the broader Office Experience team with mail and package handling, catering and event setup, printing and binding, reception coverage, and other day-to-day office needs as required.

1–2 years of experience in office services, workplace operations, facilities, housekeeping, or a similar hands-on environment. Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to complete recurring daily tasks consistently and thoroughly. A dependable, hands-on approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks from identification through completion. Ability to spend significant time walking and standing, lift and move supplies or packages, and safely use a step ladder as required. These expectations place heavy emphasis on task ownership, effective planning, reliability, attention to detail, adaptability, collaboration, and appropriate escalation.
