What You'll Do Associate in BCG Costa Rica Within this context, an Associate in BCG Costa Rica plays a key entry-level role, typically suited for recent graduates or those with a few years of experience (max 4 years). Associates work as part of consulting teams on diverse projects across industries, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate insights, supporting the development of strategies and recommendations, and engaging directly with clients through meetings and presentations. The role requires strong communication skills, adaptability to different contexts, and the flexibility to travel when projects demand, providing early exposure to impactful work and a steep professional learning curve.
