Experience - At least 5 years of working experience in automotive industry, either Mercedes-Benz or another foreign OEM. - Needs to have strong management and Leadership skills and/or potential, a proven track record of strong capabilities to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams as well as good negotiation skill which are essential. - Customer and Market Orientated attitude. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure; could travel frequently - Strong technical MB product knowledge; retail/wholesale operation is a plus Skills and Knowledge - Being fluent in written and spoken English is mandatory - Business acumen and strategic thinking - Willing to learn and contribute - Able to work under pressure and undertake multi-task, work hard - Good management, organization and communication skills - Experience of project management - Vehicle Fire- and Accident investigation experience - Automobile industry knowledge and experience will be an advantage
