Finance Analyst

Responsibilies •Prepare financial monthly report for key performance indicator, analysis of monthly financial results •Support transfer pricing (TP) management by maintaining sales and purchase prices, ensuring pricing accuracy and policy compliance. •Perform regular sales and margin analysis, identify price variances and profitability drivers; Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, and overseas teams to support pricing operations and business decisions. •Support business review data preparation and analysis •Improve Reporting effectiveness and efficiency; Enhance financial reporting with standardization and digitalization. •Manage financial improvement projects.

•Prefer to have 3-5 years of work experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in financial or business analysis. •Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP, SAP, familiarity with Tableau, power BI is a plus。 •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a cross-functional and international environment. •Good command of English.
