Global logistics packaging engineer

Position Summary: Lead global logistics packaging standardization, customized packaging solution delivery and continuous improvement initiatives, and serve as PMO to drive cross-site projects and support team management. 负责全球物流包装标准化建设、定制化包装方案落地及持续改善项目，承担 PMO 职能推进项目并协助团队管理。 Job Responsibilities:

1. 01

   Develop, maintain and govern logistics packaging standards & processes for all sites, ensure consistent execution and monitor performance. 制定、维护并管理各厂区物流包装标准与流程，保障统一落地执行，监控运营绩效。

2. 02

   Translate regulatory, legal, industry and ESG

into packaging standards to achieve site-wide compliance. Track requirement changes and support audits, inspections and customer assessments. 将法规、行业规范及 ESG 要求转化为包装标准，确保所有厂区合规；跟踪政策变动，配合审计、核查及客户审核。

   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture customer needs, assess feasibility, design custom packaging solutions and lead global rollout & ongoing support. 协同跨部门团队挖掘客户需求，开展可行性评估，设计定制化包装方案，主导全球落地并持续提供支持。

4. 04

   Lead global packaging improvement projects to cut waste, enhance product protection, boost operational efficiency, control cost, improve quality and advance sustainability, and ensure delivery. 牵头全球包装改善项目，实现减废、提升产品防护、运营提效、成本管控、品质优化与可持续发展，保障项目达成。

   Act as PMO within the team for project management and support team administration. 在团队内承担 PMO 职能，负责项目管理并协助团队管理。 Job Requirements ?Bachelor's degree or above, major in science and engineering. ?5+ years of working experience with multiple manufacturing sites and cross-regional stakeholders in a global environment. ?Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. ?Extensive experience leading cross-functional projects, with a proven ability to align global stakeholders and drive successful project execution. ?Experience analyzing packaging cost, logistics performance, damage rates, and sustainability metrics using data-driven approaches.
