We are is seeking a commercially minded and detail oriented Operations Specialist with a thorough understanding of high-volume operations and a key focus on developing back of house efficiencies that support the store's success.

Essential duties and responsibilities of an Operation Specialist include: Team Management and Development Service Excellence Store Facility & Systems Inventory Management Financial Policies and Procedure Policies and Procedure Client Care The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate in the range of USD $27- $31 plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
