Quote Management Analyst

Overall Description: We are looking for a Quote Management Analyst to join the Sales Support team. This team is crucial for Lenovo in order to help our business grow, speed up the contract process, and increase customer satisfaction. The position involves collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders: 40% Sales teams - 40% External customers and Lenovo Business Partners - 20% Internal functions, including Pricing and Order Management. Key Responsibilities: •Contract creation, maintenance, renewals and registration. •Validation of terms and conditions. •Proposal and price quotes creation. •Audit ready documentation creation and storage maintenance. •Inventory analysis and management. Position

•1+ year of experience in contract administration, quotation management, sales support, or related operational functions. •Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, monitor, and maintain accurate data and documentation. •Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation. •Experience managing customer requests, escalations, and service-related issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders. • Proficiency in Portuguese is considered a strong plus. •Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. •Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. •Continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in identifying process efficiencies and enhancing service quality. •We are looking for candidates who enjoy taking ownership, learning new things, and working in a dynamic environment rather than performing highly repetitive tasks. •Availability to work in a hybrid model: 3 days on-site (Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday) and 2 days remote, with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
