Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of scientists, responsible for team expansion, training, and daily operations. Ensure compliance with EH&S and operational requirements. • Optimize the existing in vivo assay on Immunological disease and inflammation platforms and develop new capabilities to meet evolving market demands. • Cultivate and expand the customer base on a global scale, promoting platform services through collaboration with the business development and marketing teams. • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across various functions within the department, division, and company to enhance client services and build capabilities. • Establish and maintain productive communication and relationships with worldwide business partners, fostering strong business ties with internal and external clients. • Stay current with the latest scientific advancements and industry trends in immunology and inflammation research. • Provide scientific support to Business Development teams and clients, addressing inquiries about WuXi Biology's in vivo capabilities and data packages, working closely with the global team.

Qualifications: • Ph.D. in biological sciences, with over 10 years of industry experience in in vivo pharmacology, specifically within the areas of immunology and inflammation. • A strong track record of publications in animal studies, inflammation and immune research, along with demonstrated experience in experimental design and execution within an industrial setting. • Extensive experience with a variety of in vivo models of immunological and inflammatory diseases. • In-depth knowledge of cellular signaling pathways and familiarity with cutting-edge technologies. • Proficiency in both English and Chinese communication. • Ability to work with a large customer base and a dynamic supporting team to drive robust business growth. • Strong leadership and people management skills in an industrial setting. Preferred qualifications: • International education and work experience.
