Staff Engineer Firmware - BMC

Role: * BMC platform development responsible for

definition, design, implementation, and documentation of the platform. Required Qualifications: * Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a similar degree or related software equivalent experience. Required Experience/Skills: * Hands-on firmware development in C and C++ * Knowledge and experience in protocols and technology related to BMC (IPMI, I2C, SPI, RedFish, REST, OS Internals etc.) * AMD and Intel server architecture experience * Knowledge of Software development processes, working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools. * Strong communication and collaboration skills with multi-functional teams. * Knowledge on using debugging tools * Demonstrated ability in mentoring/developing junior staff members Proficient Problem-Solving Skills: * Strong analytical and debug methodology skills expected. * Proficient at recognizing complex problems related to functional objectives. * Applies creativity and judgment to developmental work on different projects within the business environment. * Ability to analyze situations and implement solutions, or develop new system elements, procedures, or processes. * Capable of controlling work priorities and methods requiring trade-offs.
