One Ecosystem Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and curious graduate to join the One Ecosystem team. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day activities and projects within the One Ecosystem team. Help collect and organize feedback, information, and inputs from different stakeholders. Assist in coordinating meetings, workshops, and team discussions. Track action items and support follow-up activities. Maintain project documentation, action trackers, and status updates. Prepare presentations, meeting notes, and communication materials. Support simple data analysis and reporting activities. Document processes,

, and key decisions when needed. Collaborate with colleagues across different teams, functions, and regions. Contribute ideas to improve processes, collaboration, and user experience. Learn and use digital, analytics, and AI-powered tools to support team objectives. Take on ad hoc tasks and special projects as opportunities arise. What We're Looking For Recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong curiosity and willingness to learn. Good organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Comfortable working with people from different backgrounds and functions. Interest in business operations, data, technology, and continuous improvement. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Fluent English. Nice to Have The following experience is helpful but not required: Academic projects, internships, or coursework related to business, data, or technology. Exposure to data visualization or reporting tools. Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, Power Platform, or Microsoft Copilot.
