Senior Associate - Health&Life Science - Strategy&- Consulting, Beijing/Shanghai

Assist in structuring and solving complex problems using data, stakeholder insights, and consulting frameworks. Support workstreams under the guidance of project managers, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams. Help prepare client deliverables and communicate findings in both Mandarin and English. Track market and policy trends to support the development of client insights and recommendations.

3-4 years of consulting experiences, preferably in Pharm or related sector Bachelor or advanced degree (Master/PhD/MBA) in pharmaceutical science, life science, medicine or related fields Experienced in advanced data & analytics Influencing skills / leadership potential; Intellectual rigor, flexibility, and agility Excellent communication skills; bilingual in English and Mandarin
