Responsibilities • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Managers and above • Be involved in the financial management of clients • Be actively involved in business development activities to market the IPC brand both internally and externally; be involved in developing a playbook of services for HNWIs in Asia • Contribute to the development of your own and the team’s technical acumen and EQ • Network with your peers and stakeholders both in Hong Kong and China, and across Asia • Assimilate to the culture of the region ensuring you are relevant as an advisor

• 2+ years of experience, junior candidates will be considered as Associate;

• Knowledge and/or a proven record of in dealing with: High net worth individuals, with extensive experience in the following areas: individual income tax planning, wealth transfer planning, international tax planning and tax return compliance. • Understand and assess the tax impact of company business, operations and transactions in multiple jurisdictions through the life cycle of the business (start up, growth, expansion, exit);

• Understanding corporate tax including tax research, compliance and consulting within an international taxation environment;

• Individual tax planning for senior executive cross-border movement including foreign national and expatriate issues, leading multiple country tax analyses;

• Experience with research, writing and consulting on various international tax matters;

• A team player, can identify and address client needs: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of Firm services; and, managing engagements
