MISSION (Why the position exists) This is a strategic role to lead transformation in TRADING quality management. 1, Owner of Trading quality performance, 2, Interface to manage the resource and collaboration with different quality department from LOB/BU 3, Channel to listen customer voice and take actions to improve the customer satisfaction (What is the expected contributions of the position to the results of the organization) - Organize / Lead / Develop VF Quality team to achieve customer satisfaction and company quality goal - Emphasize and implement quality policy and customer first concept in company - Continues improving the supplier quality process - Develop the quality engineer competency to secure business

• Enhance the quality management system running smoothly in trading - Influence and Collaborate with Each stake holder to push quality improvement continuously. Education: Mechanics or Electric or Engineering Bachelor or above Job Related Experience: More than 8 years related working experience in supplier quality management Business Understanding: Professional in Quality, Mechanical/Electronics and System field Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): 1, Good Influence & Communication skill 2, Leadership competency: Build effective team, optimize work process, Cultivate Innovation 3, 10+ Y quality management experience, Professional in Quality Management ODM/OEM supplier mgmt. experience is a plus 4, Proficient English
