装配工艺过程工程师（济南）_VM
岗位职责
Responsibilities 职责 ●Process development/optimization/release for assembly process (press-fit, tightening, dispensing etc.) 装配工艺开发/优化/放行 （压装，拧紧，涂胶等） ● Support industrialization of new state-of-art technology in above process. 支持上述工艺的工业化过程。
Series production support of related equipment and tooling 支持上述工艺相关的设备和工具量产应用。
Collaboration with international production network 全球生产网络合作 ● Analysis, evaluation, and rating of technical quotations 技术报价的分析评估和认定 ● Coordination and alignment with project management, technical experts, lead plant, and external suppliers 同项目管理，技术专家，领导工厂和外部供应商的协调和沟通 ● Participation in simultaneous engineering teams 参与同步工程 ● Responsible for problem solving on process technical, as well as support quality problem solving 负责工艺技术问题的解决，协助质量问题的分析和解决 ● Other works assigned by the supervisor 主管分配的其他工作 Job
任职要求
Qualifications & Requirements 任职资格及要求 ● Bachelor Degree or above in mechanical design or manufacturing engineering major. 机械设计或机械制造相关专业本科或以上学历。
Solid knowledge on assembly process and automation 扎实的装配工艺和自动话基础知识 ● Min. 2 years of experience on assembly technology and MAE 2年以上装配技术和设备开发工作经验 ● Good English or German language skills. 良好的英语或德语沟通能力。
Problem solving method 掌握问题解决相关方法论
