Platform Technology Project Manager

Platform Technology Development : Define and develop the technology stack and framework for the next-generation universal electric drive platform (CMB - Common Modular Base). Lead the creation of advanced technical solutions and technology architecture focusing on competitive edge and market demands. Market and Customer Alignment : Translate market and customer requirements into actionable technology and product development goals. Ensure alignment of technical solutions with market trends and customer expectations. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with product teams, project acquisition managers, and upstream/downstream technical departments to ensure seamless integration and progress. Facilitate communication and coordination across teams involved in electric drive system development. Focus on Key Technology Competitiveness : Prioritize innovative and high-performing solutions in the following areas: Electric drive system architectures (e.g., drive configurations and designs). Thermal management technologies. Electrical and mechanical integration strategies. Reduction gearbox designs and innovations. Exploration and adoption of emerging technologies to enhance system performance. Project Management : Manage the technical development project lifecycle from concept definition to implementation. Develop and track project plans, ensuring timely delivery of milestones while managing resources and risks. Balance quality, cost, and time to meet project objectives. Key Qualifications and Skills : Strong technical background in electric drive systems and related technologies (e.g., power electronics, thermal management, integration, and mechanical systems). Solid understanding of vehicle electrification trends and market expectations. Proven experience in platform/technology development projects, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills to engage with multidisciplinary teams and departments. Demonstrated expertise in competitive solution development and technical innovation for electric drive systems. Proficiency in project management methodologies, including planning, execution, and risk management.
