Responsibilities 职责 ● Resobsible for machining process and machine (cutting and grinding) development 负责机加工工艺和设备开发 ●Create and optimize the NC program 编制和优化NC程序 ●Support the CT reduction via process and program optimization 通过工艺过程和NC程序优化支持降节拍项目 ●Support the process parameter development 加工工艺参数开发 ● Support industrialization of new state-of-art technology in above process. 支持上述工艺的工业化过程。

• Series production support of related equipment and tooling 支持上述工艺相关的设备和工具量产应用。

• Participation in simultaneous engineering teams 参与同步工程 ● Support problem solving on process technical, as well as support quality problem solving 负责工艺技术问题的解决，协助质量问题的分析和解决 ● Other works assigned by the supervisor 主管分配的其他工作 Job

Qualifications & Requirements 任职资格及要求 ● Bachelor Degree in manufacturing Engineering. 机械工程或机械制造相关专业本科学历。

• Min. 2 years of experience on NC program. 2年以上数控编程工作经验 ● Good English or German language skills. 良好的英语或德语沟通能力。

• Problem solving method 掌握问题解决相关方法论 ● Other其它 - Care about details and precision 注重细节及精确性 - Self-motivated and able to work under pressure 能够自我激励并承受工作压力 - Able to work overtime if necessary 必要时可以加班 - Hold positive attitude whenever facing different opinions or other problems and take nessesary actions to facilitate solutions 出现意见不合或其他问题时能够以积极的态度应对，并采取行动积极配合以促进问题的解决
