售后管培生（海外） Overseas After-sales Management Trainee

   在导师指导下，学习海外售后服务标准流程，参与产品安装调试、基础保养及常见故障排查。

   协助响应海外客户服务请求，协调内部资源处理常见问题，记录并反馈服务过程。

3. 03

   参与海外客户交车操作及基础操作培训，学习产品使用规范与安全操作标准。

4. 04

   使用服务系统完成服务报告、配件申请等业务单据的填写与提交，配合配件销售与回款目标

1、2027届全日制本科及以上学历，专业不限，机械、电气、车辆工程、自动化等专业优先。

   英语六级或同等水平，有海外留学经历或小语种能力者加分；熟悉基本办公软件。

3. 03

   具备快速学习与主动钻研意识，对海外售后及装备制造行业有兴趣、有热情，能适应驻外及差旅。

   积极主动，责任心和沟通协作能力良好，具备较强适应性与抗压性，愿意接受跨文化环境挑战。 Job Responsibilities

5. 01

   Learn standardized overseas after-sales service procedures under mentor guidance, and participate in product installation, commissioning, daily maintenance and common fault troubleshooting.

   Assist in responding to overseas customer service requests, coordinate internal resources to resolve routine issues, and record and feedback the whole service process.

7. 03

   Participate in overseas product delivery and basic operation training for customers, and learn product usage specifications and safety operation standards.

8. 04

   Use the service system to fill in and submit service reports, spare parts applications and other business documents, and support spare parts sales and payment collection targets. Job Requirements

9. 01

   Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, expected graduation in 2027. No major restriction; Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Automation and related majors are preferred.

10. 02

    CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency; overseas study experience or minor language skills are a plus. Familiar with basic office software.

11. 03

    Strong active learning and self-research ability, passionate about overseas after-sales work and equipment manufacturing industry, and adaptable to overseas stationing and frequent business trips.

12. 04

    Proactive and responsible with good communication and teamwork skills. Possess strong adaptability and pressure resistance, and be willing to take on challenges in cross-cultural working environments.
