工艺工程师 Process Engineer

1、负责产品设计的工艺合理性审查，参与产品开发总体方案策划及评审；负责产品全新结构、材料的可制造性评估与试验；

2、负责产品工艺文件编制及验证，工艺优化及提升

3、负责产品生产装配所需工装、模具等设计导入

4、负责对研发、生产、品质人员进行工艺培训，协助各产品所开展产品模块化、通用化设计；                                   

5、负责产品加工及装配所需工时定额核算，输出标准定额；

6、负责新材料、新工艺、新装备等研究与导入

1、硕士及以上学历（985/211优先）；

2、机械类专业为主，电气自动化、材料成型及控制工程（焊接类）相关专业；

3、熟练操作CAD或UG等二维三维制图软件、办公软件等；

4、有较强的沟通和领悟能力，勤奋好学，工作积极努力，有责任感和团队精神，能承受工作压力。

Job Responsibilities

1. Review the manufacturability of product designs and take part in planning and reviewing overall product development schemes. Evaluate and test new structures and new materials of products.
2. Major in Mechanical Engineering, together with related majors including Electrical Automation, Material Forming and Control Engineering (Welding Direction).
3. Promote the design and application of tooling and molds required for product assembly.
4. Provide process training for R&D, production and quality teams, and support modular and universal design of products.
5. Calculate working hour quotas for product machining and assembly, and formulate standard working hours.
6. Research and introduce new materials, new processes and new production equipment.

Job Requirements

1. Master’s degree or above; graduates from 985/211 universities are preferred.
2. Majors in Material Forming, Welding, Mechanical Engineering and other related fields.
3. Skilled in 2D & 3D design software such as CAD or UG, as well as office software.
4. Good communication and comprehension skills, eager to learn, proactive, responsible and team-oriented, able to work under pressure.
