Abnormal issues/claims handling in manufacturing area with problem solving Method to identify the right root cause and define effective measures in a structured way and conduct basic training.

Preventive quality activities perform, eg:PFMEA line walk, control plan edit, Layer process confirmation.

Risk Management: Support the team to identify/calculate the risk of an already known problem in a right and understandable way for the management.

Quality related Process Improvement: Support the organization to improve continuously in order to save costs, time and/or achieve a better quality.

Customer/Internal audit support for Quality related acitivites.

Support Project team regarding quality assurance & milestone plan to fullfil Quality&SOP time.

APQP: Support the team of performing different Quality gates and release of samples/PPAP.

Lessons Learned: Get in contact with other divisions and worldwide in order to learn from their experience or failures, and do effective LL internally. Job

Bachelor degree or above in engineering backgound

Strong data analysis ability, programming skill(SQL. Python etc)

Good communication and English both in oral and written
