Solve in-process quality issues in the product lines. For the non-conformities and customer complaints, initiate the root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions. Familiar with quality control plan, ensure consistency and effectiveness of PPAP/QF/PFMEA/PCP/Inspection sheet. Expert in 8D on solving quality issues. Leadership on FQC&PQC team. Take lead and provide the suggestions for quality improvement based on internal and external cross function collaboration. Familiar with CI, 6sigma and internal audit. Follow up the actions to be implemented and monitor the results. 1, Degree of Bachelor or above in engineering of well-known University. 2, 5+ year working experience of quality management or quality control. 3, Expertise on quality methodology, eg, FMEA, 8D, DOE, MSA, PPAP, process audit 4, Excellent in communication and sense of responsibility. 5, Strong working background in advance manufacturing field. 6, Fluent in English. 7, Strong leadership on team management.
