Stamping Die Maintenance Supervisor/ 冲压模具维修主管（Only for Internal Candidate)

Responsible for technical support to die maintenance activity and team management include die problem solve and improvement, team competence development. 负责模具技术方面的工作以及进行模修团队的管理，包括模具问题的解决和改善，团队能力发展等。 Support stamping shop production activities. 支持冲压生产线的生产活动 Lead to investigate reason of the die problem and make action. 牵头负责生产过程中出现的模具相关问题的分析和解决 Be responsible to make die repair and improvement proposal. 负责确定模具维修和改善的技术方案 Push maintenance technician to implement die modification and improvement. 负责推动模修人员对模具实施维修和改善并进行跟踪 Be responsible for updating the production of die management documentation. 负责更新模具管理相关文件和制度 Be responsible for making die PM rules and guideline. 负责确定和优化模具预防性维护和保养的方式和方法 Lead the related die modification of ECN. 牵头和协调冲压零件设计变更管理工作 Complete other assigned work in time. 及时完成交办的其它工作

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Majored in die design and manufacturing or related. 大学本科及以上毕业,模具设计与制造等相关专业。 Above 3 years’ experience of process engineer or die maintenance related in stamping shop of automobile OEM. 有3年以上整车厂自动化冲压生产线或相关生产工艺工程师经验。 Be familiar with stamping production and quality system. 熟悉冲压生产，质量管理方法及管理体系； Strong team player and relationship builder.
