include, but are not limited to: Enhance to competence of technical and application both for standard and customized system. Technical and application staffs need to understand customer’s application and proposal to customer with technical view and mindset. Help to increase winning rate and reduce the mistake because of lack of technical view. Act as a role of knowledge center about assigned product lines, be responsible for technical support, problem solving, product training to sales and customers, and etc. Interface with product company regarding topics of new product, quality, technology, new customer

and etc. To provide feedback on applications experience in the field and product performance issues to the Product company so as to help R&D to enhance new product design and offerings Drive sales and market development through campaign, market analysis, sales opportunity identification, solution sharing & case study, and etc. Support marketing activities regarding assigned product lines, such as new product launch, exhibitions, road show, technical materials and etc. 岗位职责 作为技术与应用工程师，您的使命是推动所负责产品线的销售与市场开发，并以技术专家身份提供售前支持，最大化销售机会。您将直接向技术与应用经理汇报。 您的主要职责包括但不限于： 提升标准产品及定制化系统的技术与应用能力 持续提升技术及应用专业能力，涵盖标准设备和定制化系统。 深入理解客户应用需求，从技术角度为客户提供专业解决方案和建议。 提高项目中标率，降低因技术认知不足而导致的错误和风险。 担任所负责产品线的技术知识中心角色 作为产品技术专家，为销售团队及客户提供技术支持、问题解决和产品培训。 建立并维护产品技术知识体系，提升客户及内部团队对产品的认知和应用水平。 与产品公司保持密切沟通 就新产品、产品质量、技术发展及客户新需求等方面与产品公司进行沟通与协调。 确保市场需求和客户反馈能够及时传递给产品公司。 反馈现场应用经验及产品性能信息 收集并反馈产品在现场应用中的经验和性能问题。 协助产品研发团队（R&D）持续改进产品设计，优化产品功能与解决方案。 推动销售及市场发展 通过市场活动、市场分析、销售机会识别、解决方案分享及成功案例推广等方式，推动产品销售和市场拓展。 挖掘潜在商机，促进业务增长。 支持产品线相关市场推广活动 协助开展新产品发布会、行业展会、路演等市场活动。 负责技术资料、宣传资料及市场推广内容的准备和支持工作。 To succeed, you will need Education level : Bachelor Degree or higher graduate in Engineering; Vacuum technology is prefer. Relevant Previous experience (minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience) : Minimum 3 years of technical support in related industrial product. Industrial marketing experience will be plus. Mechanical design experience will be plus Language skills : Good English skill both in oral and written. Other skills and knowledge: Mechanical and electrical knowledge. Presentation skills. Analysis skills. Good communication skills. PC skills (excel, word, PowerPoint) Personality & Behavior Traits: Proactive, Planning & organizing ,Self-learning,Motivating,Problem solving, Influencing others 任职要求 教育背景：工程类专业本科及以上学历；具备真空技术相关背景者优先。 相关工作经验（指能够胜任岗位所需的实际经验年限，而非总工作年限）： 至少3年以上相关工业产品技术支持工作经验；具有工业市场开发经验者优先； 具有机械设计经验者优先。 语言能力：具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够进行专业技术交流和文档编写。 其他技能与知识：具备机械及电气相关知识；良好的演讲与技术展示能力；较强的分析与判断能力；良好的沟通协调能力；熟练使用办公软件，包括 Excel、Word 和 PowerPoint。 个性特质与行为素养：积极主动；良好的计划与组织能力；持续学习与自我提升能力；具备激励他人和团队协作能力；良好的问题分析与解决能力；具备影响力和推动能力
