算法工程师 Development Engineer -Algorithm

Develop signal filtering, stability enhancement, and noise reduction algorithms for leak detection systems. Design and implement intelligent zeroing, background decay evaluation, false alarm and spike detection, and large-leak recovery algorithms. Analyze test data and translate findings into product

and performance improvements. Collaborate closely with Embedded Software and Validation Engineers to implement, verify, and optimize algorithms. Develop and optimize signal processing algorithms to improve stability and response time; Design intelligent auto-zeroing, background drift compensation, false alarm reduction and recovery algorithms; Analyze test data and continuously improve leak detection performance; Collaborate with hardware and embedded software teams for algorithm implementation and validation; Participate in calibration, self-test and intelligent diagnostic function development; Prepare algorithm documentation, test reports and technical specifications. 岗位职责： 负责检漏系统信号处理算法的开发，包括信号滤波、降噪、稳定性增强及响应优化等核心算法设计； 设计并实现智能归零（Auto-Zero）、背景衰减评估、背景漂移补偿、误报警识别与抑制、大漏恢复等关键算法功能； 开发和优化泄漏信号检测算法，提升系统检漏灵敏度、稳定性及响应速度； 分析实验与测试数据，挖掘性能瓶颈，并将分析结果转化为产品需求和性能改进方案； 与嵌入式软件工程师紧密合作，完成算法的实现、验证、调试及性能优化； 与硬件、电气及系统团队协同开展算法集成与系统验证工作； 参与系统校准、自检（Self-Test）及智能诊断功能开发，提高设备可靠性和可维护性； 建立算法性能评估体系，持续优化检漏性能及用户体验； 编写算法设计文档、技术规范、测试方案及验证报告； 参与新技术预研、核心算法创新及知识产权（专利）布局工作。 Skills / Knowledge / Experience： Education level-Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design and manufacturing, mechatronics integration, instrumentation, vacuum technology and equipment, automation and related majors; Relevant Previous experience ( minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience ) More than 5 years of experience in mechanical design, with experience as an independent structural designer responsible for products/projects preferred ; Understand various common processing techniques and processes, familiar with the characteristics and application scenarios of various materials; Familiar with the basics of tolerance fitting and able to standardize drafting; Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD and Solidworks, as well as office software such as Excel, Word, Powerpiont, etc; Familiar with ERP, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Sharepoint and other software; Experience in vacuum industry design is preferred; Having a certain foundation in English, good English reading ability. Ability to communicate across culture, with self-confidence and interpersonal skills. Language skills：Possess at least basic written English communication skills; verbal communication skills are a plus. Experienced in precision instrument signal processing, with strong expertise in signal stabilization, adaptive filtering, intelligent zeroing, background decay evaluation, and false alarm reduction algorithms. Other skills and knowledge: Good experience and usage level of the key MS office packages, e.g MS Excel, Words, Powerpoint Vacuum engineering knowledge or experiance is a plus. Open flexible mindset. Able to adjust to changing task requirements 技能 / 知识 / 经验要求： 教育背景-本科及以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、机电一体化、仪器仪表、真空技术与设备、自动化等相关专业。 相关工作经验（指能够胜任岗位所需的实际经验年限，而非总工作年限） 具有5年以上机械设计相关工作经验； 具有独立担任结构设计工程师并负责产品或项目开发经验者优先； 熟悉各类常见机械加工工艺及制造流程，了解不同材料的特性及适用场景； 熟悉公差与配合基础知识，能够按照标准规范完成工程图纸设计与制图； 熟练使用 AutoCAD、SolidWorks 等设计软件，以及 Excel、Word、PowerPoint 等办公软件； 熟悉 ERP、Microsoft Teams、Outlook、OneDrive、SharePoint 等办公协作软件； 具有真空行业产品设计经验者优先； 具有精密仪器信号处理开发经验，精通信号稳定化、自适应滤波、智能归零、背景衰减评估以及误报警抑制等核心算法开发与优化。 语言能力-具备一定英语基础和良好的英文技术资料阅读能力；具备基本的英文书面沟通能力；具备英语口头沟通能力者优先； 能够进行跨文化沟通，具备良好的自信心和人际交往能力。 其他技能与知识-熟练使用 Microsoft Office 办公软件，包括 Excel、Word、PowerPoint 等； 具有真空工程相关知识或工作经验者优先； 具备数据分析、算法验证及技术文档编写能力； 熟悉精密仪器信号处理原理、算法建模及优化方法者优先。 具有开放创新思维，能够适应快速变化的研发环境，并具备良好的跨部门协作能力
