真空系统架构师Architect &Vacuum Lead

Lead the architecture design of leak detector vacuum systems; Define technology roadmaps and platform strategies; Design and optimize vacuum circuits, valve blocks, pumping systems and flow control strategies; Establish system performance targets including sensitivity, response time, pumping performance and stability; Lead system-level design reviews, risk assessments and technical decisions; Coordinate mechanical, electrical, software and algorithm teams for system integration; Drive key technology development and patent strategies; Support major customer projects and technical communications 岗位职责： 负责检漏仪真空系统总体架构设计与技术规划； 制定产品技术路线图及平台化发展战略，推动核心技术持续演进； 负责真空回路、阀组、抽气系统及流量控制方案的设计与优化； 定义系统关键性能指标，包括检漏灵敏度、响应速度、抽气效率及运行稳定性等； 主导系统级设计评审、技术风险分析及重大技术决策； 统筹机械、电气、软件及算法团队，实现系统级协同开发与集成验证； 推进关键核心技术攻关及知识产权布局； 为重点客户项目提供技术支持，并负责重要技术交流与方案沟通。 Skills / Knowledge / Experience： Education level - Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design and manufacturing, mechatronics integration, instrumentation, vacuum technology and equipment, automation and related majors; Relevant Previous experience (minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience) More than 5 years of experience in mechanical design, with experience as an independent structural designer responsible for products/projects

Understand various common processing techniques and processes, familiar with the characteristics and application scenarios of various materials; Familiar with the basics of tolerance fitting and able to standardize drafting; Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD and Solidworks, as well as office software such as Excel, Word, Powerpiont, etc; Familiar with ERP, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Sharepoint and other software; Experience in vacuum industry design is preferred; Having a certain foundation in English, good English reading ability. Ability to communicate across culture, with self-confidence and interpersonal skills. Language skills：fluent English speaking Extensive experience as a Senior System Architect or Vacuum Systems Expert for standard helium mass spectrometer leak detection platforms, with deep expertise in vacuum system architecture design, vacuum technology, and precision instrument integration.Other skills and knowledge: Good experience and usage level of the key MS office packages, e.g MS Excel, Words, Powerpoint Vacuum engineering knowledge or experiance is a plus.
