and develop technical solutions; Define system architecture and equipment functionality; Coordinate mechanical, electrical, software and testing teams throughout project execution; Lead technical reviews, risk assessments and problem resolution; Support project costing and BOM management; Assist commissioning, acceptance testing and customer technical discussions; Drive product standardization and platform development 岗位职责： 机械设计与方案开发 负责定制化设备及系统的机械设计开发工作。 负责定制化产品的标准化方案设计与实施，推动产品模块化和平台化建设。 审核机械设计方案、工程图纸、技术协议及客户技术规范，确保设计质量和项目目标达成。 技术方案与系统架构设计 分析客户需求，制定技术解决方案并输出设计方案。 定义系统整体架构、设备功能及关键技术路线。 负责设备技术可行性分析、方案优化及风险识别。 项目技术管理与跨部门协同 在项目执行过程中协调机械、电气、软件及测试团队合作，确保项目顺利推进。 组织并主导技术评审、风险评估及技术问题分析与解决。 支持项目成本分析、物料清单（BOM）管理及技术报价工作。 项目实施与客户支持 支持设备调试、验收测试及现场技术服务工作。 参与工厂验收测试（FAT）和现场验收测试（SAT）。 与客户进行技术沟通，协调解决项目实施过程中的技术问题。 产品标准化与平台化建设 推动产品标准化、模块化和平台化开发，提升产品复用率和开发效率。 建立和完善设计规范、标准件库及技术标准体系。 持续优化产品设计，提高设备可靠性、可维护性及成本竞争力。 Skills / Knowledge / Experience： Education level - Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design and manufacturing, mechatronics integration, instrumentation, vacuum technology and equipment, automation and related majors; Relevant Previous experience ( minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience ) More than 5 years of experience in mechanical design, with experience as an independent structural designer responsible for products/projects preferred ; Understand various common processing techniques and processes, familiar with the characteristics and application scenarios of various materials; Familiar with the basics of tolerance fitting and able to standardize drafting; Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD and Solidworks, as well as office software such as Excel, Word, Powerpiont, etc; Familiar with ERP, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Sharepoint and other software; Experience in vacuum industry design is preferred; Having a certain foundation in English, good English reading ability. Ability to communicate across culture, with self-confidence and interpersonal skills. Language skills：Possess at least basic written English communication skills; verbal communication skills are a plus. Experienced Mechanical Engineer with the ability to independently handle custom automation projects in a high-project-volume environment, including mechanical design, design reviews, technical agreement reviews, drawing release, and preparation of compliance-related documentation. Other skills and knowledge: Good experience and usage level of the key MS office packages, e.g MS Excel, Words, Powerpoint Vacuum engineering knowledge or experiance is a plus. Open flexible mindset. Able to adjust to changing task requirements 技能 / 知识 / 经验要求： 教育背景 本科及以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、机电一体化、仪器仪表、真空技术与设备、自动化等相关专业。 相关工作经验（指能够胜任岗位所需的实际经验年限，而非总工作年限） 具有5年以上机械设计相关工作经验； 具有独立担任结构设计工程师并负责产品或项目开发经验者优先； 熟悉各类常见机械加工工艺及制造流程，了解不同材料的特性及应用场景； 熟悉公差与配合基础知识，能够按照标准规范完成工程图纸设计与制图； 熟练使用 AutoCAD、SolidWorks 等设计软件，以及 Excel、Word、PowerPoint 等办公软件； 熟悉 ERP、Microsoft Teams、Outlook、OneDrive、SharePoint 等办公及协作软件； 具有真空行业产品设计经验者优先； 具备一定的英语基础和良好的英文阅读能力； 具备跨文化沟通能力、自信心及良好的人际交往能力。 语言能力 具备基本的英文书面沟通能力； 具备英语口语沟通能力者优先。 专业能力 具备丰富的机械工程经验，能够在高项目量环境下独立承担定制化自动化项目； 能够独立完成机械设计、设计评审、技术协议审核、图纸发布以及合规性相关文件的编制工作； 熟悉从需求分析、方案设计到项目交付的完整工程开发流程。 其他技能与知识 熟练使用 Microsoft Office 办公软件，包括 Excel、Word、PowerPoint 等，具备良好的应用能力； 具备真空工程相关知识或行业经验者优先。 开放灵活的心态。能够适应不断变化的任务要求
