Electrical System Design,Develop electrical architecture and control solutions for non-standard automation equipment,Complete electrical schematic design, panel layout design, and cable routing design using EPLAN, AutoCAD or similar tools,Prepare electrical BOMs and technical documentation. Component Selection & Cost Optimization,Select suitable PLCs, HMIs, motion controllers, servo drives, sensors, vision systems, safety components and industrial communication devices. PLC / Motion Control Programming,Develop PLC software based on project

.Implement machine logic, process control, alarm management, motion control and industrial communication functions.Establish reusable software architecture and standardized function blocks. HMI / SCADA Development,Design operator-friendly HMI interfaces.Develop production monitoring, recipe management, data logging and diagnostic functions.Support MES/ERP connectivity where required. Technical Support & Continuous Improvement,Provide technical support during manufacturing, assembly and after-sales stages.Analyze field failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.Continuously improve equipment reliability, maintainability and standardization. Generate and maintain complete electrical documents, manuals and technical reports.Collaborate closely with mechanical engineers, software engineers, project managers and suppliers throughout project lifecycle.Participate in design reviews and engineering change management. 岗位职责： 电气系统设计（Electrical System Design） 负责非标自动化设备的电气架构设计及控制解决方案开发。 使用 EPLAN、AutoCAD 或类似设计软件完成电气原理图设计、电气柜布局设计及电缆布线设计。 编制电气物料清单（BOM）及相关技术文件。 元器件选型与成本优化（Component Selection & Cost Optimization） 根据项目需求选型合适的 PLC、HMI（人机界面）、运动控制器、伺服驱动器、传感器、机器视觉系统、安全元件及工业通信设备。 PLC与运动控制编程（PLC / Motion Control Programming） 根据项目需求开发 PLC 控制软件。 实现设备逻辑控制、工艺过程控制、报警管理、运动控制及工业通信功能。 建立可复用的软件架构和标准化功能模块，提升开发效率与系统一致性。 HMI / SCADA开发（HMI / SCADA Development） 设计友好、易操作的人机界面（HMI）。 开发生产监控、配方管理、数据记录及故障诊断等功能。 根据项目需要支持 MES、ERP 等上层系统的数据集成与互联。 技术支持与持续改进（Technical Support & Continuous Improvement） 在设备制造、装配、调试及售后服务阶段提供技术支持。 分析现场故障并制定纠正和预防措施（CAPA）。 持续提升设备的可靠性、可维护性及标准化水平。 技术文档与跨部门协作（Documentation & Cross-functional Collaboration） 编制并维护完整的电气技术文件、操作手册及技术报告。 在项目全生命周期内与机械工程师、软件工程师、项目经理及供应商保持紧密协作。 参与设计评审、工程变更管理（ECN/ECR）及技术方案优化工作。 Skills / Knowledge / Experience： Education level - Bachelor’s degree or above in: Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, Control Engineering Relevant Previous experience ( minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience ) Minimum 5 years of experience in non-standard automation equipment development. Proven experience in independently completing electrical design and commissioning projects. Experience with complete project lifecycle from concept design to customer acceptance. Experience in vacuum industry design is preferred; Having a certain foundation in English, good English reading ability. Ability to communicate across culture, with self-confidence and interpersonal skills. Language skills：fluent English speaking Strong expertise in PLC programming, electrical system design, safety interlocks, sensor technologies, and automation solution development to support concept design and technical proposal preparation. Other skills and knowledge: Good experience and usage level of the key MS office packages, e.g MS Excel, Words, Powerpoint Preferred:Experience in leak testing equipment, assembly automation, testing equipment, robotics, vacuum systems, or industrial automation equipment. Able to adjust to changing task requirements 技能/知识/经验： 教育背景（Education） 自动化、电气工程、机电一体化、控制工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历。 工作经验（Experience） 具备至少5年非标自动化设备开发经验。 具有独立完成电气设计、设备调试及项目实施的成功经验。 熟悉从概念设计、方案开发到客户验收的完整项目生命周期管理。 具有真空行业设备设计经验者优先。 具备一定的英语基础和良好的英文技术资料阅读能力。 具备良好的跨文化沟通能力、自信心及人际交往能力。 语言能力（Language Skills） 英语口语流利，能够作为工作语言进行沟通交流。 专业技能（Technical Competencies） 精通PLC编程、电气系统设计、安全联锁设计、传感器应用技术及自动化解决方案开发。 能够支持设备概念设计、技术方案制定及项目技术标书编写。 熟悉工业自动化控制系统架构及标准化设计方法。 其他技能与知识（Other Skills & Knowledge） 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件，包括Excel、Word、PowerPoint等。 具备良好的技术文档编写和数据分析能力。 优先考虑条件（Preferred Qualifications） 具有检漏设备、装配自动化设备、测试设备、机器人系统、真空系统或工业自动化设备开发经验者优先。 熟悉工业现场总线及工业通信协议（如Profinet、EtherNet/IP、Modbus TCP等）者优先。 具备开放灵活的思维方式，能够适应不断变化的项目需求和工作任务。 具有较强的问题分析能力、创新意识和持续改进意识
