. Design 3D mechanical structures, assemblies, and motion mechanisms. Conduct feasibility studies and optimize mechanical solutions Prepare mechanical cost analyses and Bill of Materials (BOM) inputs to support project costing and customer quotations. Design loading/unloading systems, fixtures, press-fit units, transfer mechanisms and inspection stations. Develop pneumatic, vacuum, servo-driven and precision mechanical systems. Support prototype manufacturing, assembly and machine commissioning. Troubleshoot design, manufacturing and assembly issues. Participate in factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT) Create design standards, standard component libraries and engineering guidelines. Promote modularization and standardization of automation products. Generate manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings and part drawings. Prepare and maintain BOMs and technical documentation. Support supplier communication and component sourcing activities Participate in design reviews, risk assessments and engineering change management. Collaborate closely with electrical, software, manufacturing, quality and sourcing teams. Support project managers in project execution and delivery. Interface with customers on technical discussions and issue resolution 岗位职责： 负责非标氦气检漏设备及自动化系统的机械方案设计、总体布局规划及设备开发工作。 根据客户需求完成设备概念设计、三维结构设计、运动机构设计及技术可行性分析。 设计自动化上下料系统、工装夹具、压装机构、传输机构及检测工位，开发气动、真空及伺服驱动系统。 负责设备成本分析、BOM编制及技术方案输出，为项目报价和成本控制提供支持。 参与样机制造、设备装配、调试及验收工作，解决项目实施过程中出现的技术问题。 编制和维护机械设计图纸、装配文件、技术规范及相关工程文档。 推动产品模块化、标准化建设，建立标准件库和设计规范，提高开发效率及产品质量。 参与设计评审、风险分析及工程变更管理，与电气、软件、制造、质量及供应链团队协同合作。 与客户进行技术交流，支持项目经理完成项目交付，确保项目按期、高质量完成。 Skills / Knowledge / Experience： Education level - Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design and manufacturing, mechatronics integration, instrumentation, vacuum technology and equipment, automation and related majors; Relevant Previous experience ( minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience ) Minimum 5 years of experience in non-standard automation equipment design. Proven ability to independently execute complete automation projects. Experience throughout the full project lifecycle from concept to customer acceptance Experience in vacuum industry design is preferred; Having a certain foundation in English, good English reading ability. Ability to communicate across culture, with self-confidence and interpersonal skills. Language skills：fluent English speaking with experience in custom automation equipment design. The candidate should be capable of independently developing automation machinery concepts and solutions, effectively communicating technical proposals in English, and supporting technical costing and customer quotation activities. Other skills and knowledge: Good experience and usage level of the key MS office packages, e.g MS Excel, Words, Powerpoint Vacuum engineering knowledge or experiance is a plus. Open flexible mindset.
