Junior Sales Assistant (m/f/d) (Full-time)

•Support the automotive sales team in many sales-related topics and processes for the entire European customer base. •Internal coordination with all relevant departments (in China). •Representing the Key Account Manager in internal meetings and projects and preparing information for the team. •Preparation of commercial information and creation of presentations. •Support in disposition (prototypes and pre-series). •Checking customer orders. •Checking contracts and agreements with customers. •Downloading and preparing enquiry documents for the various customer portals, active cooperation in the projects. •Active support of our key account managers in the preparation of calculations and quotations.

• You have a degree or successfully completed vocational training and have gained initial professional experience in sales. • You are characterised by a high affinity for numbers and a strong analytical understanding. • To ensure professional internal and external communication, your German and English skills are business fluent. • It goes without saying that you are confident in using MS Office products. • With a high degree of self-motivation, assertiveness, and goal-orientation, you will be actively involved. • Professional experience in the automotive supplier sector is an advantage.
