If you enjoy capturing campus life through the lens, understand social media trends, and are eager to tell compelling stories about education, research, and university life through creativity and AI tools, we welcome you to join us. 岗位职责 Responsibilities

1. 01

   参与社会枢纽短视频内容的创意策划、脚本构思、拍摄及后期剪辑，相关内容将发布于小红书、视频号、抖音等社交媒体平台。 Participate in the creative planning, script development, filming, and post-production of short-form videos for platforms including Xiaohongshu, WeChat Channels, and Douyin.

2. 02

   根据传播需求，对现有活动、采访、课程及校园素材进行二次创作，独立完成素材筛选、视频剪辑、字幕包装、配乐及基础调色。 Repurpose existing footage from events, interviews, courses, and campus activities, independently completing footage selection, video editing, subtitle design, music selection, and basic colour correction.

3. 03

   参与教授采访、学生活动、学术会议及校园生活等内容的现场拍摄，并根据不同场景灵活完成影像记录。 Support on-site filming for faculty interviews, student activities, academic conferences, and campus-life content, adapting flexibly to different shooting environments.

4. 04

   主动探索AI视频工具，运用AI辅助完成脚本生成、素材制作、画面优化、字幕处理及视频剪辑，提升内容生产效率与创意表现。 Explore and apply AI-powered video tools to support script generation, content creation, visual enhancement, subtitle processing, and video editing, improving both production efficiency and creative quality.

5. 05

   关注社交媒体热点、内容趋势及平台玩法，协助策划具有传播力和年轻化表达的视频内容。 Stay informed about social media trends, popular topics, and platform-specific formats, and contribute to the development of engaging and youth-oriented video content.

6. 06

   协助社会枢纽各类活动的现场执行、影像记录及其他宣传支持工作。 Support the on-site execution, photo and video documentation, and communications work of various Society Hub events.

Requirements

1. 01

   对短视频、新媒体内容及视觉表达有浓厚兴趣，具备良好的新媒体敏感度，了解小红书、视频号、抖音等平台的内容特点。 Strong interest in short-form video, new media content, and visual storytelling, with a good understanding of content styles and audience preferences across platforms such as Xiaohongshu, WeChat Channels, and Douyin.

2. 02

   能够使用Premiere Pro、Final Cut Pro、剪映等至少一种视频剪辑软件，具备基础拍摄及独立剪辑能力。 Proficiency in at least one video-editing tool, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut, with basic filming skills and the ability to complete video-editing tasks independently.

3. 03

   具备良好的审美和画面意识，对镜头、节奏、音乐、字幕及视觉包装有一定判断力。 A strong sense of aesthetics and visual composition, with sound judgement in cinematography, pacing, music, subtitles, and visual presentation.

4. 04

   对AI内容生产工具保持敏感，有使用AI生成视频、图片、配音、字幕或辅助剪辑工具经验者优先。 Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools is preferred, including tools for video and image generation, voice-over production, subtitle processing, or AI-assisted editing.

5. 05

   主动性强，具备良好的执行力、自驱力和责任心，能够主动发现问题并推进任务。 Proactive, self-motivated, responsible, and capable of identifying issues and driving tasks forward independently.

6. 06

   具备良好的沟通与协作能力，能够适应活动现场拍摄及灵活的工作安排。 Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the flexibility to support on-site filming and event-related assignments.

7. 07

   能够连续实习3个月及以上、每周到岗不少于4天者优先。 Candidates who can commit to an internship of at least three consecutive months and work on-site for no fewer than four days per week will be preferred. 加分项 Preferred Qualifications

   本科及以上学历； Bachelor’s Degree Holder or above;

9. 02

   有个人自媒体账号或独立运营过短视频账号； Experience running a personal social media account or independently managing a short-video account;

10. 03

    有校园、人物采访、活动记录或品牌视频作品； A portfolio featuring campus content, interviews, event coverage, or branded videos;

11. 04

    有摄影、摄像、脚本策划或新媒体运营经验； Experience in photography, videography, script development, or new media operations;

12. 05

    能够熟练使用AI视频生成及智能剪辑工具； Proficiency in AI-powered video generation and intelligent editing tools;

13. 06

    英语能力良好，能够处理基础双语视频内容。 Good English proficiency and the ability to support basic bilingual video production. 你将获得 What We Offer
