AML (M/SM)--Legal & Compliance Management

--Support AML related projects, include maintain the AML system and control review; --Assist MLRO and be the lead of AML team Communicate with IA and JFIU; --Provide advice to business/support units on day-to-day AML matters; --Prepare and update the AML/CFT policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with regulatory requirements; --Review the application of establishment and continual operation of business relationships which present higher ML/TF risk; --Review Suspicious Transaction Reports; --Perform ML/TF risk assessments in relation to customer, country, product, delivery channel, etc.; --Prepare and deliver AML/CFT training and workshops; --Prepare AML-related reporting materials for senior management oversight; --Analyze AML-related data to support enhancement of controls; --Lead or support ad-hoc projects/tasks, e.g. FATCA & CRS reporting, thematic review, procedure enhancement and systems enhancement.

--Able to work independently with minimum supervision; --Pro-active and be a team player; --Strong analytical abilities and good judgement; --Good interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholder; --Able to work under pressure; --Fluency in both spoken and written English with strong written skills; --Communicate effectively with people across the organization and regulators; --Excellent ability to build cooperative relationships; --Familiar with the regulatory environment in Hong Kong. Qualifications --Prior working experience in AML advisory and investigations; --Knowledge in Insure-tech; --Strong familiarity with Hong Kong legislation and regulatory environment; --Familiar with IA regulatory and other financial crime requirements; --University graduate; --At least 7 years of relevant working experience; --Holder of CAMLP/AAMLP/CAMS certification, CFE certification is a plus; --Solid knowledge of AML typologies, CDD process and requirements; --Proficient spoken and written Chinese （Putonghua and Cantonese） and English; --Insurance experience is an advantage; --AML related system and UAT experience is an advantage.
