RESPONSIBILITIES

岗位职责

负责责任拉线坏品&优率分解，主动识别问题和解决问题； Responsible for the identification and analysis of basic data of process bad products
坏品&验证模组拆解，制程基础信息整理 Proficiently master the MES system, gather various production data and preliminarily analyze the reasons
熟练使用MES/PLM系统，编写SOP/CP Be famillar with production system， such as MES/PLM, and write SOP、CP
日常巡拉，掌握最新情况 Follow up on the implementation of improvement measures, daily monitor the latest situation of the line, actively identify and solve problems

REQUIREMENTS

大学专科及以上，材料、电化学、高分子、机械、物理等专业 University specialization and above, materials, electrochemistry, polymers, mechanics, physics, etc.
有1年以上CATL工作经验 More than 1 year of CATL work experience
逻辑思维清晰，学习能力强；具有良好的跨部门沟通写作能力 Clear logical thinking and strong learning ability;Have good cross-departmental communication and writing skills
