and product specifications, and work out the SOP for products. 理解技术要求与产品规格，制定产品标准作业程序（SOP） To monitor the production issue, analysis and make quickly trouble shooting about the technical issues. 监控生产问题，分析并快速排查技术故障 To develop and promote continuous improvement process, to get effective productivity improvement by train and push operators involving in improvement activities. 制定并推动持续改进流程，通过培训及推动员工参与改进活动，实现生产效率有效提升 To work close with Lean, re-design and optimize layout for assembly line, to achieve Lean production. 与精益团队紧密协作，重新设计并优化产线布局，实现精益生产 To assess the safety risk during assembly process, improve the process or fixture, tools, etc. to ensure safe production. 评估装配过程中的安全风险，优化流程、工装夹具及工具等，确保安全生产 To liaise with related teams to facilitate the smooth introduction of products and apply processes to the cell in order to meet quality, cycle time and cost targets. 与相关团队协作，确保产品顺利导入并将流程应用于生产单元，以达成质量、周期及成本目标 To communicate with foreign engineers about products or process, project in English. 用英语与外籍工程师就产品、工艺及项目进行沟通 Qualification 任职要求： Education level受教育水平：Bachelor college graduated and above 本科及以上学历 At least 5 years of experience in assembly. Has experience in pumps, compressors, engines, motors is preferred. 具备至少5年装配经验，有泵、压缩机、发动机、电机相关经验者优先 Knowledge areas/Skills (minimum level of knowledge to fulfil the role's responsibilities) 知识领域/技能（履行岗位职责所需的最低知识水平） Experience in 5S, safety, lean activities in workshop is required. 需具备车间5S、安全及精益生产相关经验 Can travel overseas and work with foreign engineering team for up to 3 months. 能够海外出差，与外籍工程团队合作最长3个月 Broad understanding/appreciation of key process and operational areas (eg. quality, production engineering ta). 对关键流程及运营领域（如质量、生产工程等）有广泛理解 Experience in leading quality and other improvement projects through multi-department teams is preferred. 具备领导跨部门质量及其他改进项目经验者优先 Able to understand and interpret product drawings, structures, technology requirements in English, and work out SOP, and communicate these effectively across a broad range of people. 能够用英语理解并解读产品图纸、结构及技术要求，制定标准作业程序（SOP），并与各类人员有效沟通 Clear understanding and application of modern manufacturing techniques, specifically: material flow, ERP, Lean method. 清晰理解并应用现代制造技术，尤其是物料流、ERP及精益方法 Good at trouble shooting is must. 必须擅长问题排查 Good communication skills, can communicate in both Chinese and English. 具备良好的沟通能力，能够使用中英文沟通
