• Define and drive the overall AI strategy, framework, and application roadmap for Beckman Coulter Life Sciences.

• Identify and prioritize AI use cases aligned with customer needs and business value across automation systems, flow cytometry platforms, and centrifugation solutions.

• Lead external AI technology scouting, evaluation, and partner onboarding through Open Innovation models and integrate the external AI capabilities into Beckman Coulter products, systems, and customer workflows.

• Collaborate closely with internal R&D, product management, marketing, application, and service teams to ensure successful solution deployment.

• Support customer adoption of AI solutions to improve efficiency, data quality, and decision-making outcomes.

• Build and manage long-term collaborations with AI technology companies, research institutions, and academic partners.

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Bioinformatics, or related disciplines.

• 5+ years of experience in AI-related solutions, digital transformation, system architecture, or technology integration, with proven success in leading and delivering impactful initiatives.

• Strong understanding of AI technologies and trends, including practical applications in life science instruments and laboratory systems.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.

• Team Spirit and Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.

Preferred

• Experience in AI or digital solution architecture, technology partnerships, or ecosystem collaboration.

• Background in solution architecture, technical product management, or technical business development.

As a Plus

• Familiarity with flow cytometry, laboratory automation systems, or scientific/clinical data workflows.

• Strong interest in life sciences and the ability to translate between technology, business objectives, and customer value.
